I e-mailed them about my Harbinger HC, and they advised that they were ordering from VEI in an e-mail similar to what they sent thePike.

none of my stores are doing a regular stocking of the title, but they are all taking orders for it, although two of the three stores have told me that, get this, they will NOT order to customer demands. Meaning, If I wanted 2 copies and so did 9 other people, we'd never see all 20 copies.

Didn't have time to check with my shop today but will do so in the morning. Hopefully, he will have received the info from VEI by then so we can settle on an order for some books.

Called my shop today to see what they decided to do with the Valiant Retailer Direct info I had sent to them. Their order has been placed. The owner was out so I'm not sure how many extras they ordered above the number I requested but when I talked to him about VRD a couple of days ago he said he would order one or two extra in addition to my copies. Chalk up a win for VEI!

my lcs Alley Cat has ordered though their people, I have yet to find out if their people, distributors, or whatever will be able to provide it or not. If I haven't heard anything back by next week, I'm getting it off of here somewhere.

Very much so, the majority of owners around here did NOT major in business, although they did major in sitting around playing MAGIC all day.(no offense to anyone.) Anyways, I may have snared a bit of fortune. My regular shop is willing to break the DIAMOND blockade and privately order the HC for me, but it will take some time. The other stores can kiss the lower portion of my personage.
