Hi!

Just ordered my October books through them to give them a try. Looks pretty cool. I'm saving $30 over going to the LCS and that's with weekly shipping.

Anyone else here use them, and if so how is your experiance?

I use MialOrderComics.com. The discount is almost as good, but you can also set up a hold list which can be auto-ordered in case you miss the order deadline. I've used them about 3 years and love them. Awesome service, great packing, quick response.

I have used neither but both seem to provide excellent service and pricing. Of the two, however, mailordercomics seems to have the best reputation for delivering books in the best condition.

I used them for a month and was satisfied with their service. The only thing I don't like is getting my comics once a month. I don't buy enough to make it worth weekly, or even bi-weekly shipping.

Whenever there is something I want to pre-order, like a Marvel omnibus (or a couple Harbinger hardcovers), I use DCBS.

Talk about killer customer service. I emailed MialOrderComics.com about adding a book to my pull list and got a fast reply. Then to make this even better, I later realized that it was Sunday morning! Here is a copy of the emails.

Rodney, good morning! Currently the only way to add a title to your pull file is if the title is available in the current catalog. We are working to change this here very soon. But, in the meantime, you should be able to add it when we publish the September catalog this next month.

Let me know if I can help further and have a great weekend!

I did didn't realize that it wasn't published every month. Sorry about that. Thank you for getting back with me so fast! It's just another example of why I love doing business with you guys and will continue to recommend you to others. Thanks again. ~Rodney

You are very welcome.

Yes, I've been very impressed with Michael Robinson who runs MOC. Every email I've sent them has been personally answered by him and he treats me as if I'm his best customer.

Yeah...i'm getting my first shipment from dcbservice.com and I need to find a way to "break up" with my LCS. They're nice guys, but my god, $1.79 versus 2.99 when I buy about 25 titles a month adds up.

Been using them for close to three years. Never a problem. Most of the time I get my books on Thur. Save a $hitload of money with them with biweekly shipping.
