Rai complete set on the 'Bay

Post by Brother J »

I've got a complete NM set of Rai on the 'Bay right now. Starting bid is 9.99 and no reserve so it's going home with someone. Here's the link

I'm also looking to sell some more stuff. If anyone has any specific needs, feel free to drop me a line. I'm willing to sell cheaper if I can avoid the eBay fees.

Very nice looking books, I assume the cards come with the books (I see them inserted in the sleeve with the book). Any idea why your scan takes so long to load? It must be huge! I have a high speed connection and it took about 60 seconds to load.

The cards were included from the seller I bought the books from, so I figured I'd just pass them along. As for the picture, it's too big, I uploaded it directly from my digital camera and to my FTP space without resizing it. It's a little over 1.5 megabytes, I'm assuming that's pretty big for a picture. I'm going to go ahead and re-size the picture now. Thanks for your feedback!

What software are you using to re-size your pictures Brother J?

I generally just re-size the photo using the save feature with the software that came with the camera, in this case, Kodak EZshare. When you use the "save as" feature after editing the picture, you have several size options you can use. I usually try to use "best for web" as that seems to work the best. I don't think I edited this particular Rai picture, so I didn't need to re-save it, so I never got to the resize area for that picture.
