TO: Valiant_1 and all other interested parties.
Re: June 22nd eBay auctions

As a means to end the unfinished business between myself and **NAME WITHHELD** , I agreed to list my Valiant items on eBay for sale with a portion of those proceeds going to **NAME WITHHELD** to resolve our long-standing unresolved issue.

**NAME WITHHELD** , upon seeing my auction listings, changed the terms of our deal, thereby rendering them void.

At that point I ended all my auctions for the above stated reasons.

I will relist those items after June 25th, at which point either **NAME WITHHELD** agrees to my final terms and recieves his compensation, or he does not and forfeits all claims.

There was some REALLY nice stuff listed.

I hope to get a chance at buying some of it, and that everyones differences can be worked out.

Just edit out his name. Please. The boards have seen enough drama this week.

This issue has entered the realm of legality, which means the names of all parties, as well as their user names are required.

I think for all the bother of reading about this fiasco we should all be allowed to bid on, and own, some nice pieces of VALIANT art.

In fact a quiz should also be done and those with the most correct answers should win some art.

"In what month did Joe enter into the original transaction with Zeph"
"How many times, in total, did Zeph say he 'did not want cash'"

and so on and so forth

Some people spend their whole lives believing in fairy tales, usually because they don't want to give up the fabulous prizes.
