I love your Spideys. They bring back that old style clean, look, yet with a newness. I can understand not having the desire to do a monthly, I guess. But I think you and Kirkman could bring ASM back to its roots and greatness again.

k_c_collectibles wrote:Hey guys,

Here is a piece that Mac did for me also. It is H-U-G-E and totally AWESOME! I had him do a recreation of the Birthquake promo that Bart Sears and Ray Kryssing did back in the day and replace the brown shelled guys on the right with Spidre Aliens. He did an absolutely FANTASTIC job and my crappy digital photo does not do it justice at all!! It is a tryly spectacular piece of artwork and I am extremely pleased to have it to say the least. :D

Here is my crappy digital photo of it:

Image

Here is a photo of it on the hood of John Rosas' car:

Image

I will post a scan of it when I can find someone who can scan this monster of a piece as it is truly special. :thumb:

Here is a pic of the original piece of artwork that he worked from:
Image

It has been in the works for a while, but it is DEFINITELY worth the wait! I Can't say enough about Mac and his generosity as well. The Rai piece he did for my son is another classic and is the first artwork that he owns. Hopefully it sill be the first of many. :)

Thanks again Mac - you are the best!!!! :cloud9:
Chris
wait, wait, wait. MAC did these?! :o Christ man, thought they were BS? :? Dammmmnnnn :o

Bart Sears did the original one at the bottom. I had Mac re-create it for me and change the armored dudes on the right side into spider aliens. Plus he added a few of his own touches on the piece.

Mac is da man!!! :D

This is another amazing piece. I am an X-O fan and not much of a zombie person, but this is really badass.

I know nothing about the original art aspect, other than I like this stuff. Just out of ignorance I would like to know how long it takes you to complete some of the pieces that are on here, say the last Harbinger one for instance.

This was done during a conversation on the phone with John. I finished it this morning. Id say about 2.5 hours. Sloppy piece but it gets the point across.

Sloppy?!?! :o

How much do you want for that "sloppy" piece of artwork? I bet there are more than a few people here who would jump at a chance to buy it. :thumb:
