Heh... more like join the "honoured" crowd. I have always spelled like this, even back in highschool. The teachers would come to me about it, and I'd say "Look it up in the dictionary."

The first time I openly questioned a teacher was on my spelling test in the 2nd grade. She counted "theatre" as incorrect.

I know that is your opinion, but I think many of us here could argue that point with you... I think anyone couldn't go wrong hiring you as an artist on their books.
