ya i recommend it. i was never really a hulk fan. always thought he was a one-dimensional character. the storyline of planet hulk really makes the hulk look human. absolutely hooked now...

++++Spoiler+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

can't wait till he gets to earth and he is bringing friends. should be next month hopefully. still want him to slap Stark around for awhile (someone needs too) .

I agree for all the *SQUEE* thats been done to him, i really hope he hurts them all, id love to see him conquer the Earth, but that wont happen, at this point in his "strength" I dont see anything stopping him, his friends kick *SQUEE* also, great characters

Tony Stark: "Hulk! Calm down! Tell us who you'll talk to and we'll send them to negotiate! There's no need for all this violence!"

Hulk: "Only one of you *SQUEE* I trust is Cap. Send him over and I'll at least consider it: As long as he tells me everything's OK, you've got a slim shot at me not kicking my way through the planet."

Tony Stark [to Reed Richards]: "Uh, we may have a bigger problem than I thought."

Reed Richards [to Tony Stark]: Want me to try the whole cloning thing again? I know it didn't turn out well with Thor, but maybe it will work.

The only reason the Hulk might smack down Iron Man is because it suits Marvel's World War Hulk story.

Man, I remember that Hulk fight from around 1980. It was one of the best comics I read that month (and this was during the X-Men heyday).

The Titanium Man fight always disturbed me tho. I mean, "cathartic delight?" WTF was Micheline thinking?

If the Hulk can smack Black Bolt around, Iron Man will get his rear end kicked like a extra field goal point. Even back in Big Things, Iron admitted the Hulk was stronger. Hulk fan forever here and I'll have the 6 pack of beer ready for Iron Man as he will need a drink after WWH.

I just checked out ebay. Apparently there are already sellers for the 1/25 Romita cover. I don't know about spending 40-$60 bucks for a 1/25 variant. Hope the sellers come off of cloud nine.

Yeah, yeah that's fine, but the fact is that when written well, Iron Man doesn't win all of his fights by being stronger.

That's the interesting thing about a Hulk/Stark dyad... IM guys always get it, Hulk guys just go on about how strong the Hulk is...

Jay Tomio wrote:I have been saying this for a year, but what Pak has done with Hulk is the best since the Joe Fixit stuff - and more kick *SQUEE* than that. Very impressed with Pak.

The Hulk vs. Silver Surfer fight was memorable, even though short - but long enough to capture the characters perfectly.
Ugh.... I'm missing two issues of Planet Hulk and the SS issue is one of them. Putting Hulk in that Planet Hulk situation really was one of the best things that I can recall being done with that character. The Planet Hulk story has been awesome so far.....

Just read Hulk #105 and the first 2 chapters of WW Hulk and man I'm really liking it. Quick question though coming from someone who's new to reading the Hulk, Is the reason he's not turning back into Bruce Banner right now because he's so *SQUEE* about what the Illuminati did to him or is there another reason? and is the She Hulk able to change back into Jen Walters at will or does she have to get calmed down like her cousin Bruce? :thumb: Next to be read are the 2 most recent issues of Iron Man :thumb:

Just another quick note the Marvel Comics Website says that the WWH Prologue comes out the week of May 9th and it already came out so anyone wanting this issue who doesn't have it on their pull list should go get it ASAP. Also according to the Website Hulk #106 has sold out at Diamond Comic Distributors. So get out to your LCS before they're gone :thumb: Also heres a neat video link about WWH

Jen Walters can change back and forth with She-Hulk at will.
