Note the 'round' numbers, which aren't intended to win...they are just the reserve the seller SHOULD have used. Seller IS clever, however, and willing to 'win' his own auctions.

It's against eBay policy, and it's against the law.
But....unless a seller is as blatantly obvious as this, it's not always easy to detect.
