The Valiant Comics Scanning Project: ALMOST COMPLETE!

w00t!

I found several people who were interested in finishing the work which so many of us had started. And it looks like we are FINALLY nearing completion. Soon there will be a full run of the pre-Acclaim Valiant issues scanned and available in CDisplay format. Are these scanned at high enough resolution to replace having the actual book? No. They were NEVER meant to replace owning "the real deal". And they aren't EVER intended to be. They are for casual reading. Intended for those who would like to be able to have their comics stored on their PC in a convenient and easy to access format, allowing you to read the books ANY time you want without having to even TOUCH your precious collectables.

One particularly kind person took this project on and he deserves MAJOR kudos for making this happen. This has truly been a labor of love, and many have contributed to it's success. If you're interested in following the progress, just PM me for the details.

And once again, thanks to ALL who participated in this in ANY way. Your input made this happen.

The torrent they've had there is about 90 percent complete. Are they going to do the fills as a separate torrent?

Everytime I try to downlaod the valiant torrent from zcult, I always get an error before the downloading even starts. Anyone have any suggestions.

what is the error? type out what it says and what program / action are you doing to cause the error

i when ever i see your the only one i jump in there. i just have so many other things seeding its hard to leave everything on 100% of the time.
