Comics left?

Post by rai4ever »

How many more comics do any of you people need to have the complete Valiant run?
Does anyone have them all?
I just need 7 more to have the whole collection.(Not including the golds and specials)
It's so hard to find them! :x
Just recently got Turok #29.

I'm lacking maybe a hundred. Don't have a burning desire to get them all immediately ( it's mostly Birthquake stuff) but I probably will fish them all out quarter bins eventually for curiousity sake. I felt pretty complete when I got finally all the stuff I really loved about Valiant: all the Shooter era issues, the complete Shadowman run, and all the Master Darque appearances.

Hey guys, just post your want lists in the Buy/Trade/Sell section. I am sure most of the board members have what you need.

I still need about 100 comics or so for VH1. I just have not had the time to put a list up or anything since I started to sell a large portion of my comic/toy/collectible collection on ebay 8-) . I will have to reinventory soon to find out what exactly I need.

No it wasn't me that did that!!

I need in the neighborhood of 170 or so...many are variants and odds and ends. I have most of the regular runs :thumb:

I've got three issues that I'm looking for still -

Destroyer 0 newsstand
Vis v. Val U 2 newsstand
x-o 1/2 gold

If I can't find the x-o 1/2 gold somewhere for next to nothing, forget it, it'll stay on the want list. The others I should be able to get at reasonable prices.

I have only some of VH2, but most of what I want I already have; the Shadowman/Master Darque/Deadside books, Armorines Vol2, Unity 2000, Solar, Eternal Warriors, Turok.

I don't even want to collect the VH2 Magnus, X-O, Ninjak, Bloodshot, AND I have absolutely no desire to pick up the new titles, Trinity Angels, Troublemakers, etc. I have read a few of the Quantum & Woody issues, and they're pretty decent (I have the GOAT issue too), but that's it.

I think I have about 75-80 of the final VH1 series to go. That number excludes X-O Gold and Chaos Red and a couple other golds I'm missing. Maybe after graduation I'll start to finish out the collection.

Knightt_333 wrote:I am complete on the common Valiant run. Now am looking for gold books (and they dont really have to be in MINT condition either). I have a few and it just stirred up 'the bug' in me again. I said I was going to quit after getting all the commons but the thrill of the hunt just cannot be beat. People from the Boards here are REALLY helpful (especially DINO, x-omatic, jusdb just to name a few) and I know that given time, I might even be able to get all the gold books that I want as well.
I have an Eternal Warrior 1 gold (flat, not the embossed one) that's got some spine dings making it VF+ or so, pm me if you're interested.

Just put the Shadowman Gold #0 on Ebay under GPDCOMICS. Posted it in the Buy/Sell already.

I remember being at a comic convention and looking in the 25 cent bins. And guess what I found.................

A Harbinger #1 in good condition. :D
Only 25 cents!!!!
I don't think the dealer realized what he had sold to me.

Or maybe he did and didn't care.
