Who remembers this?

I finally picked up a full set of this on ebay...after 10 years! ($10) Man I can't wait to FRAME it!

My comic shop didn't know about these variants when they came out, neither did me and my friends actually, but when they started putting them out we saw them and we just RAIDED the joint.

Was anybody else trying to get all the covers? Man! the days when Gen 13 #1 was the hottest comic book!

The 7 referred to Team in a sequence (first was Team 1 and so on).

Yeah, part of the Extreme-verse. I loved the notion of the book having an issue 25 but no 22 and 23.

To think these books used to sell for $5 each when they were first released. Now they can be had for pennies.....ahh the memories... :P

$5? Hell, Deathblow #5 and Gen13 #5 were $20 each! Kindred was $15, Wildcats #11 and Stormwatch #10 were $10.....

Heh heh heh...

Union #0, by the way, is the hardest to get, because it was the lowest printed (and by the time it finally came out, four MONTHS or so after the rest of the books, no one cared.)

I remember those prices.

Isn't life great. All the expensive comics from the 90's...not anymore! I might get myself a few f@cking sets.

I think I've picked up most of those issues for 35 to 50 cents a pop.

I forget the exact issue numbers, but there is another set of 8 covers that Wildstorm released that all connect like puzzle pieces. They all have a white background and Travis Charest artwork.

I think you can get in on Fridays, if the owner and someone else is there. If there is only one person working, forget it.

I think I might see if I can get in tomorrow, I still want to see if he has any more undergrounds I want.

Are you talking about the specific intersection of KK and Oklahoma? I didn't think there was much there other than a Pizza Hut, Walgreens and a gas station. :?

Very special occasions.
