Comic Book Puzzle of the Day

Post by TheVisitor »

I am featuring Valiant covers as the Comic Book Puzzle of the Day for the remainder of this month (the exceptions being the 21st, 25th and 29th) on the Atlas Archives. The puzzles for the 18th thru the 20th have been selected. If you have favorite covers that you would like to see as jigsaw puzzles, please let me know.

Puzzle of the Day

Thanks and enjoy!

Sweet just finished it...not bad...anyone every tried one of those "world's most difficult" puzzles? they had one last time we rented a house at the beach. It was 1000 pieces with the same picture on both sides except on one side the picture was rotated 90 degrees...oh yeah and all of the pieces were the same shape...that puzzle took 10 people nearly a week to complete...we didnt do it the whole time, but damn... :!:

Thanks for the kind words about the puzzles! The cover to Solar 10 will appear later this month. I consider the puzzle that will appear on the 24th one of the more difficult to solve.

Thanks again

Phil

I've been doing this every day.

I think you may have addicted me. I was even enthralled by the Brute puzzle, although I had never knew of Atlas comics before seeing that site...

Yeah - the edges were easy, but it got tough after that.

first reaction is that the puzzle was screwed up and made all the pieces black. took a moment to realize which cover it was. :!:

Don't know if anyone else saw it but the Puzzle of the day is Solar #1. Took me 15mins and 40 seconds. Most of that time was me moving corner pieces to one side and the rest to another side so I could start. :D I could tell it was Solar #1 even before I started because Solar #1 is my favorite comic cover. Very satisfying and a good time waster when you don't feel like working just yet.
