FS: Magnus Nexus #1 Signed Baron / Rude

While going through boxes to sell on Ioffer, I ran across this copy. This is Magnus RF & Nexus #1. It is signed by Mike Baron and Steve Rude. These were created by Limited Treasured Editions and were limited to 1100 copies. The one shown I believe was sold. The one I have now is #567 and does not have the large price sticker. Otherwise it is exactly the same. The book from the front cover and spine looks to be in beautiful condition. I'm guessing a minimum of 9.8. Very sharp corners, no spine stress. The bag is sealed with a tamper proof sticker, so I can't open it. I'm asking $15 shipped in the US or Canada. If no one takes me up on the offer, I'll probably get it graded by CGC. I accept paypal, money order, or check though check must clear 10 days before I ship it. Book is offered till 10/31, else it goes out to CGC on 11/01. Thanks.
