Question from a newcomer
Hi.
I tried a first launch on the forum a year ago but had a very hectic work year since and couldn't follow the posts. If I recall well it was at a time when sean chen came too.
I live in France and I have been a very active supporter of Valiant Comics from the beginning to the end (then of Defiant and Broadway too, even Future Comics!). I was so happy with the revival of the Gold Key characters that I made everything to help Valiant success at the time, including buying multiple copies.
I am considering selling my overstock because of room (and money) needs but I frankly don't know how to proceed: I don't want to scalp but I don't want to see my comics help others to scalp eiher. It happened to me when I was a kid and I swore I wouldn't do that again: selling a graphic novel to a shop and viewing it sold at the same place 5 times the paid price on the next day... :x
I work heavily and I don't have time to organise endless ebay separate sellings.
If anybody has a suggestion, I would gladely read them. As you are collectors and valiant lovers like me, you know better than me what could work (I feel very isolted in France where n obody follewed me when I tried to get people buying these comics).
This said, I really hope that the valiant universe will one day come to life again: I consider it as a golden age in my life of comic reader.

Do you happen to have a list of the comics you are wanting to part with. Then the question arises, do you have a price you are wanting to receive for these comics! Nail those down, post em up and watch them go to a good home!

Thanks for your answers. I have found the site section with the prices. Very informative, especially with the print runs.
I just have a major problem with the way you seem to grade the comics here: all my comics are brand new but I feel totally unable to grade them according to all what I read on the threads. I have been ordering comics to the usa for more than 20 years and this has always been a problematic topic for me.
