In a few days, it will be the one i just got back from my CGC batch debacle. I'm only selling it because I intend to keep the 9.8, knowing how hard it is to get this book in those top grades. When i do, i'll also post a scan of it here for everyone interested to get a close-up on it's condition.

It's tough to say, the only flaw is that it looks like the pages suffered a little humidity if you hold the book horizontilly. I don't know what CGC would knock against that, i thought about getting it graded, but i had an issue with them on a batch of books that left a bitter taste in my mouth.
