This was an awesome issue, and it is in fact Quasar in the "X-O" armor. There are more cameos by characters from other companies in this issue as well.

Was that the same issues with the Flash in it? He appeared during the Quasar run as "Buried Alien" instead of Barry Allen, IIRC.

The "Buried Alien" issue was #17 (and an incredible issue it was). Some of the other cameos in #50 are Ren & Stimpy and Spawn (well, his arm, at least).

No, that issue was early in the run, I think 17 or 18...

Additionally, if you guys are Quasar fans, go register over at the Comic Book Resources forums. http://forums.comicbookresources.com/index.php

Under the Annihilation thread, Andy Schmidt has been there talking and is counting heads for who wants a Quasar series after Annihilation. People are all up in arms over his deah in Nova and it really is a crazy "movement" of sorts.

Annihilation group, "Ask Andy" thread....

So what exactly does it mean if you "guy like" somebody? I don't know, but that phrase makes me a little uncomfortable for some reason...

I would agree with you, but then we'd both be wrong.

What we need is innovation and even revolution—but not so much in the form of marketing ploys and doohickeys. What is needed is bold creative vision, excellent stories, and brilliant storytelling, in a word, entertainment. -- Jim Shooter

Except that, I think, banned members can still read general areas.

Well, this proves that Marvel and VALIANT are a part of the same multiverse. I guess Fabian was just respecting continuity. :thumb:

BOH, in a drive-by posting.
