Oh god, yes....the 'Funeral for a Friend' issues are in the bazillions, and utterly worthless. The books that I found at the rummage in large quantities were Action Comics #685 and Superman #498 (2nd prints).
Like kryptonite to collectors, they are.
But the PRE-Death issues...the 'Doomsday appearances'...are actually harder to find, and worthwhile.
