I just completed a great trade with 96ValiantFan --- he gets :thumb: :thumb: The ol' want list is now down to 6 comics and 8 tpb's for 100% of both Valiant and Acclaim. The hunt continues...

Also, thanks to Dbest4U for helping me fill a gold book and GJB has hooked me up with multiple fantastic trades including a Unity Red. And I can't forget KC too - great transactions everytime. Thanks!

Thanks H181M,

You deserve some kudos also. The Shadowman V2 #1 SE you traded to me is an awesome book. I still think you under graded it.

I need to give long overdue kudos to Paulsmith56@wanadoo.uk.net.

The guy has been a rock.

Truly.

Without his inspiration on these boards, I....I don't know what I would have done or where I would have gone.

I love you, man!

Has anyone emailed him to find out why he never came back?

It shouldn't be too hard since his ID is/was his email address.

NO PROBLEM my friend. I have had 'one' of THE longest trades going with David and it is going GREAT. I wish I could have sent more and as you know... if I have what you need in extras, they are yours. It is all about helping each other finish our collections as cheaply as possible.

David you are very, VERY welcome !!!

since we've been moved to the Hall of Fame, it's about time I give out my first set of these. Kudos to X-O Hobo Joe.

Plenty of reasons to thank the Hobo, but most recently:

Several auction wins from yourcomicsonline.com which were absolute steals in my opinion and the books always arrived just as good or better than described.

The great freebies that seemed to always accompany each auction win

and for the kicker, thanks for the package that just ZOOMed here just recently. My local shop isn't supporting the book very well, so I'm not sure I would have been able to find those books anywhere else.

Good man, take a bow!

Stu has been and remains to be a class act all the way around. BTW, Stu... the kids music CDs you sent, well Alyssa just digs 'em big time. But if I have to listen to 'my dog, he's a good dog, he's the best dog in the WHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOLE wide world' one more freakin' time. I am gonna go shoot something.

rather undergrade than overgrade, my friend...

I've really tightened up my grading because I'd rather make everyone be pleasantly surprised rather than unpleasantly disappointed.

While you're patting me on the back, let me repeat the favor. David sent me several of the New Universe books I was missing, all free of charge. Thank you very much! :thumb:

I know that I owe a few folks out there some books... believe me, once this Con is over and I can get back and have some CF auctions riding, I will be putting this stuff together.

If there is anyone whom that I owe books to (LEGIT)... please just PM me.

Chris
