Dammit... OK, fine - I'll leave the door unlocked if I see her walking up the sidewalk. One foot in the door.......Knightt wrote:Where in the Continental United States can you shoot someone ON your property. Isnt it IN your house ? (a genuine question)

I'm not a legal wiz, but even if someone breaks into your home you can still be charged with homocide if kill the person. I think you have to prove it was self defense and the person had the intent to kill or do you bodily harm first.Knightt wrote:Where in the Continental United States can you shoot someone ON your property. I NEVER said I'd kill anyone. A nice shot to the kneecap is enough for me...Daniel Jackson wrote:I'm not a legal wiz, but even if someone breaks into your home you can still be charged with homocide if kill the person. Yeah that's why you put the big knife in their hand and droped out next to them, after you shoot themDaniel Jackson wrote:I'm not a legal wiz, but even if someone breaks into your home you can still be charged with homocide if kill the person.
