Once again, I don't see so much complaining going on as I do criticism. Didn't ZWH explain the difference once already? It is possible that we (people who have had bad experiences) are in the minority because the majority of buyers don't realize there are better alternatives to MH. Mile High is EVERYWHERE where as Lone Star and others are not. The average comic buyer will go with what he sees. I see it as education more than complaint.
