Graham Crackers comics is having a big sale as we speak (in Chicago).
I was digging through their TOS 39's and when I was, they had about 3 Giant Sized Xmen #1s.
You guys would cry if you saw what Jamie had for sale (at least at the invite only presale on Thursday

For an X-Men #1, yes, in Fair.
For a GS #1, yes, you can get a sharp VF for $300 on the Bay if you're patient.
