Shooter era:
"Whatever it takes"
"It's all jazz and I can play it"
"If one of us is god it's me, baby"
Post Shooter:
I'm paraphrasing because I can't access my comic collection but, from the conversations in Shadowman between Darque and Sandria, I remember a few little gems that go something like this:
"The world has sullied itself with complacency, I am to cleanse it...with evil." -Darque
"Because it amuses me and because I can" -Darque to Sandria on why he is using his power to impose his will on others.
"Atleast in my youth vulgarity was easier on the ears" -Darque to Sandria in a conversation comparing modern music to the classic theatre that Darque prefers.
"You're bored, dear brother, and that makes you dangerous" -Sandria to Darque
And one additional Darque quote:
"If there is a hell then my name would be...sir. But on this fleshly sphere I am known as Darque, Master Darque" -from the BWS Eternal Warrior issues

I could be wrong, since it is from memory (too lazy to look it up) but wasn't it "I need no more acclaim?"dino wrote:I need more accliam

"Whizzers"
Any of Zephyrs pre-unity/unity descriptions of herself as a superhero.

Sure its possible, people move to other countries all the time and after a few years they start to take on the accent of people around them. If Magnus is ever published again, the editors will have to inject a few more 'eh?'s in his dialogue.Jaknife wrote:to bads thats not possible. since he was raised underwater, and only by a robot, he would have no accent. especially no known human one.
