solar #46 v.v.s.s.? real or fake?

I realatively a newcomer to the Valiant revival that's been goin on the past year or so... I mean whan i was younger i had collected them up til the time period around Ninjak #1... and i've been trying to rebuild my once awesome collection (traded them back in the day)...
anyway i've been surfin e-bay for issues and i came across a "Dr. Solar #46 Signiture series"... I've looked around else-where but can tell if its really vvss or a signed some dishonest guy put in a vvss bag... anyone know if this issue was ever released as vvss>?

Is this the same thing being talked about over in the "Hall Of Shame" thread?

Isn't 'Signature Series' CGC's classification for books signed in their presence?

I have a copy of SOLAR #46 signed by Dan Juergens. It was sent to my friend's LCS as a Birthquake Promo. I'll have to see if any paperwork was included with it. It is NOT a VVSS book, but it WAS sent directly from Valiant as a Promo, similar to the Harbinger #26 signed by Sean Chen.

I believe a signed edition of Dr. Mirage #1 sent as a Promo from Valiant also exists, signed by Bernard Chang. I don't have one of those, but it was hinted at in a Valiant Promo letter that came with the signed copy of Harbinger #26.---Steve
