Next Years East Coast Show

Post by svair »

Hey Guys...

I know this years East Coast Show hasn't even begun yet..but..

I need to know the following...

If everything does turn out well at this show, there is a possibility that next years NY re-union may be held elsewhere.

How many people from this board would be interested in attending
the 2007 East Coast Valiant Re-Union show if it is held at the New York Comic-Con?

Next years New York Comic-Con show is planned for Feb 22 (trade), 23, 24, 25

I plan to attend one of the board functions in the next year.

I don't know if it will be the east or west coast gathering.

Which function do the "cool" board members attend?

Philly and Baltimore would be easier for me. Still, I would like to go to the New York Comic Con again next year. I thought it was a good show the one day I was there.

Did you happen to find the dealer with all the $5 Valiant books Svair?
No evil shall escape my...HEY! WHERE DID YOU GO?!

VERY hard to say right now about the 2007 show - as it stands, everything is conspiring against me about this years show, but I WILL be there, come hell or high water!!!

Sonicdan, Myron, folks from Chicago (if we settle for Des Moines or the Quad). Maybe the Kansas guys. I bet we could get ten easy :hope:

I am going to this years East Coast event but it will probably be my one and only. The Big Apple Con PALES in comparison to the San Diego Con. More bang for your buck so to speak. Two Cons a year, loads of money on each... one has to pick and choose.

Probably, I went last year. It was wild compared to the dinky shows I had been to previously. Met Kevin Smith and got some cool stuff signed.

I should be at Wizard World since it's only 45 minutes from home. Yet somehow I don't go most years.

If I remember correctly, last year wasn't so great was it?

I might get to Wizard World Chicago this year, I enjoyed it the year I went, it's just with gas prices, parking prices and admittance prices being what they are, it didn't seem to be worthwhile to go the last few years. I would be a lot more likely to go if one of you dealer-types out there was going and could hook me up with an early admittance pass in exchange for some help at the show or something along those lines...
