Don't think CGC would do it, as it's a TPB

Yeah I dont think it is "We dont do TPBs"...it is more of a size thing and this book is no bigger than the Giant Size books are any of the fat-daddy books...

Hey, I just got a 9.9 Giant Size Fat-Daddy #1 in from CGC last week. What are you offering?

I've seen a picture of the 9.6...
the census doesn't show a 9.8. You sure it was a 9.8?

I'll probably send it to CGC... my guess is that it's a 9.6 with a shot at 9.8.
The top left corner tip is slightly "white"... like a "Valiant corner",
otherwise the book has only the slightest edge wear... microscopic.

This is actually my only copy of the Predator vs. Magnus trade...
I had one, but sold it a couple years ago, thinking I would get another super-nice copy easily.
It wasn't as easy as I planned!

I would have some serious interest if someone ever put up a 9.4+ CGC copy of this trade. It's hard enough to find, and it seems like the ones for sale usually have quite a bit of wear.

I have seen the 9.6 also. Unless the census has been updated as of today, 9.6 is still the highest graded. I've had communication with the person who owns it and he was comtemplating putting it up on Ebay sometime later this year. Not definate though.

The one Im thinking of might be a 9.6 though I was pretty sure it was a 9.8. At any rate it was someone on the cgc forums. I think he wanted $250 for it.

I just got two of them today for cover price (for those of you who are interested in condition, no, they're not NM, much less M... heck, I doubt it's VF), and did a quick comparison between the TPB and the actual books.

Yeah, the TPB has a new cover. The covers from the single comics aren't reprinted, though. The card art is enlarged for the 4-page "Gallery" at the end. There's two pages with a panel that (I think) was photocopied from the uninked pages.

And there's also two pages of sketches at the end (I don't think I saw those in the comics).

Why is it that every time I think I know the answers, someone goes and changes the questions?
