Found this Bob Hall Comic - need help

Found this in my collection. - think put together by jayjay jackson.
10 reprinted Bob hall sketches inside, with back and front cover art - bob hall.
Limited to 25 copies.
12 of the copies came with original inked sketch by Bob Hall on separate backing board.
Just don't remember when I brought it - may have brought it from Jay Jay
