Met up wtih Ian Hine AKA Draco

Just thought I would pop by his store - name drop ' Dead Universe Comics'.
He is doing well, and has amassed a huge collection of back issues for sale ( as well as his own collection).
The store does still sell trades and comics - but the main business is now in cards.

He has got to be the most knowledgeable person to speak to about comics, and even more so on newsstand and pence priced comics.

The shop was busy, but still had time to have a cup of tea with me.

Just thought I would mention it, as he was aboard member here - and long time board members would remember him.

Also 2 of his sons now help out at the shop, and one of them is reading valiant alien.
I wish their was a Spinal Tap comic, and I had a copy CGC graded at 11.

Cool.
:atomic: Comics are like a Rorschach test, everyone has a different opinion on what they are and can be... :atomic:
