Question on Acclaim Character design

Post by SouthernComicGeek »

I recently picked up what looks to be a character design by Jim Starlin. Based on a recent unpublished page sold on Heritage (link below) it looks to be the same charcter. Anyone have info on the project or can confirm this? Thanks

Sorry, nothing to add, just want to say that this is a great find. It most likely means that the robot is a much more important character than I could have guessed.

I’ve seen many of these. Some appear to be legit character designs. Some were for a failed toy line. I have a couple somewhere.

Many of the characters are minor. If this was indeed by Starlin, it is likely for Unity 2000.

I would buy anything about these characters, sadly.

Very cool, another piece of what seems to be the post-Unity 2000 Magnus series by Shooter and Starlin.

From the cover, it looks like a giant robot that has something to do with the Spider Aliens :hm:
