Dang, they had legit submission guidelines, even for writers.

Crazy time capsule. What was N.I.O. related to again? Was it a cancelled title?
Interesting mix of VH2 and VH1. No GK3. I never knew The Visitor was Valiant's Superman

I believe N.I.O. was sort of the VH 2 version of Rai, though not quite.Ryan wrote: Wed Aug 16, 2023 1:10 am Crazy time capsule. What was N.I.O. related to again? Was it a cancelled title?

Thanks, it looks so different that at the time I must not have known it was tied to Valiant. Late 98 and 99, at the end of VH2 or maybe even VH3. Interesting that it looks to be drawn by the original Rai artist Joe St. Pierre, but in a very different style.ManofTheAtom wrote: Wed Aug 16, 2023 8:01 amI believe N.I.O. was sort of the VH 2 version of Rai, though not quite.Ryan wrote: Wed Aug 16, 2023 1:10 am Crazy time capsule. I was wrong about no GK3, Turok is there of course, his video games were just coming out. No Solar or Magnus though, they had a tougher time in VH2.

They were there at one point. Going by the Web Archive's saved captures, they were removed at some point between August and October 2003.Ryan wrote: Wed Aug 16, 2023 10:40 am I was wrong about no GK3, Turok is there of course, his video games were just coming out. That's weird. And yet they kept up obscure properties like Goat and Psi-Lords. I wonder if they were thinking about abandoning the licenses for Magnus and Solar since they weren't doing welloperative lm wrote: Thu Aug 17, 2023 10:13 pmThey were there at one point.
