Has anyone followed the market on key comics that were published outside the States? I really know nothing about it, but it might be an interesting topic.

There are probably several but the first one I think of is 1st appearance of the Smurfs in 1958.

I would say 2000 AD #2-1st Judge Dredd, and Warrior Magazine #1 (1st Moore Miracleman/V for Vendetta).
