XO ManOwar #9 2021
Well it's all wrapped up. What did ya all think?
I thought it was exactly the finish I thought it would be.
I didn't like the cleshay finish kinda ended standard for a bond film.
I didn't like how they call shanhara shan for short.
Crappy way to introduce a talking amor and their relation ship over 9 issues.
I enjoyed the read but it doesn't sit well with me.
All and all 3 entertaimos. 2.5 for the series. Fell short had no meat. No new info just kinda fluff. A meal shadow of its former selftaimos
Some of the scenes were bs. Like mom killing a nanite representation of a robot.
Dmg can do better. Seems war is on the horizon

Haven’t read this series since around issue 2 or 3…no idea what the green stuff was but this story was vacuous nonsense. The Shanhara ‘witty’ banter is so out of place it’s embarrassing.
The alarming thing was it was edited by Rob Levin who is the new executive editor and he thought this book was good enough for release??
The plot was about the level you’d expect from a scooby doo cartoon and the only good news was that this series is finished.

All the resolution actually happens off panel while we get to read through a pointless conversation, right?
Also, how is Aric still have the hand and pants but nothing else if he doesn't have Shanhara?
A dumb, nothing really changes, everyone will ignore quippy Shanhara in the future nine issues. Oh, and the art was frustratingly bland.
