I've been checking for it on Vudu, since they have a tile that plays the trailer. Good to know it'll be available in some form soon. I really wish I'd gone opening night now. Last Wednesday seems like a lifetime ago.

It is, but same goes for several other films. Never had a chance, and the studios will know why. But a large number of downloads, etc might be enough to convince them to go ahead with sequels/spin-offs. Only time will tell.

It's a shame the movie had to be released at such a terrible time. I hope it does really well on the digital side.

I'll be watching this as soon as it's available for purchase! Super excited. I had wanted to watch it in theatres, but I didn't make it before my current 19 day work stint. (only 2 days off in that 19 and one of the days is for travel).

Can't get it to work. After seing it in the cinema I want to see it again at home. But it seems to be released only in the US. Is there a way to find out when it will be released internationally?

Here in Germany and in the UK it's going to be available on March 27 (FRI) via Amazon Prime.

Someone online said FandangoNow.com has $19.99 with 20% off ($4 off) using "HOME" promo code.

I tested it, and it does give $4 off. There's tax, so my total was $17.44, not sure if that's regional taxing.

I bought the Ultra 4K HD, since they're all the same price. I don't have an Ultra 4K HD device (yet), but it works at whatever resolution you do have.

According to their terms on primevideo.com you're definitely covered by one of those sites; my guess is it's still amazon.de. If you already have an amazon account it should work on the German site as well and you can directly login there.

Just looked on iTunes, don’t know about other services, it’s purchase only for bloodshot and all other movies being released in this manner. No rental for Bloodshot until June.

May 5th is the release date for the physical release of Bloodshot that’s also the same date for renting. Remember all 4K discs are region free so it doesn’t matter what part of the world your in that version will work for you if you have a 4K player

Before the release of the movie the DVD was scheduled for release in early May, yes.

Since the movie theaters closed and the digital release has been brought forward the release date of the DVD has been postponed (or simply removed). Well, on amazon.de the release of the DVD & Blu-ray release is now set to Dec 31 (meaning they don't really know) and the 4K release is set to July 26 (meaning they do know it won't be early May). Amazon.com has removed the release dates, too.

The original release date was June 9 and obviously it’s been moved up to May 5 to accommodate the change overall. The Disc press needs this amount of time to get a rushed physical media out. VOD is much easier to handle a fast change in what’s going on.

The digital version is now available for rent (3.99) on Amazon.co.uk as well as Amazon.de (== all EU countries).

The DVD/BluRay release is still scheduled for 1st week of June (EU).

I finally watched the movie last night. I really enjoyed it, but it felt... I don't know... Short? Incomplete? Something.

The movie was very fun though.

No ulna to the neck though.
