Hey Gang,

I just looked at the calendar and realized that it's been a full year since I left Valiant. Those 7 years were some of my favorite professionally and I'm incredibly proud of the work we did there.

My favorite part, however, was meeting you lot. You are, every one of you, some of the sweetest, most passionate and kind people I've ever met and I'm just so grateful to have gotten to know you.

It's time to clean out my office a bit, and I'm letting a few things go. Most of it, I'll be giving away to retailers (because I know that it will end up in your hands) but a big box of it, I'd like to see go to someone who will appreciate it.

So, this is a boxful (no, I didn't count them) of my con staff shirts from my time on the road with Valiant. Nearly all of them are Medium or Large. None that I saw showed any real wear. I'm pretty sure they don't smell like me, but what do I know? I've also thrown in a Bloodshot water bottle that was only given to staff and a Bear-Shot teddy because they both need a good home.

I'll send this box on my own dime (domestically. International folk, you pay shipping) to the Valiant fan who makes the largest contribution to the Comic Book Legal Defense Fund or the Lady Parts Justice League. Two organizations that are near and dear to my heart and run by people I care about. To "Enter" this contest, simply make a contribution of your choice and send me a receipt. The largest donation that I see by June 15th, will get the whole box. Make it big enough and I'll throw in some of the other swag and variants I have clogging up my office.

I was at a birthday party for several children last Saturday at a bowling alley. Before I went, I thought to myself that if asked to bowl, I should decline and declare that I do not bowl on shabbas. Much to my dismay, I forgot to say it.

You do not want the luge suit. I'm pretty certain that there's no way to clean me off of it at this point.

That Bloodshot water bottle is one of the rarest “officially produced” VEI items.

That is a hard to come by Valiant collectible.
