Too 10 VEI Covers
With close to 3,000 VEI covers there are quite a lot to choose from. I thought it would be interesting to get people’s top 5/10 covers.
I will go first:
1) Shadowman (2018) 1. My alltime favorite cover. Whether just regular or with the gold or brushed metal treatment it is awesome
2) Ninjak #1 Brushed Metal. I could fill an entire list with Ninjak covers
3) Generation Zero #1 Gold. Not sure why but the classic school bus I think is awesome
4) Imperium #1 Regular. Iconic Harada cover
5) Shadowman (2012) 16 Dauterman Variant. First Punk Mumbo cover
Honorable mention to X-O Manowar (2012) 5 Zircher 1:50 Ninjak Variant

Re: Too 10 VEI Covers
hmm... OK let's see what I come up with
1) Bloodshot #1 (2012) Lozzi. No matter how many Bloodshot books there are, THIS will always represent Bloodshot to me. http://www.valiantfan.com/issue/show/b1_a" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
2) X-O Maonowar #1 Humble Bundle Virgin, Larosa. Still, every time I see this cover, it catches my breath. The beauty, the background, the virgin! Wasn't this the first virgin to really grab our attention? I don't recall there being another virgin prior to this, but I could be wrong. http://www.valiantfan.com/issue/show/x17_1_vir" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
3) Divinity #1 1:40 Larosa. Divinity's last thoughts before "becoming" was fear, then nothing but understanding. The book never really eludes to what he went through moments before, this cover sums that up for me. It's just magic. http://www.valiantfan.com/issue/show/div1_40" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
4) Eternal Warrior #5 1:50 Mack. David Mack's first cover for Valiant, and he knocked it out of the park. From the scars on his face, to the beautiful background of water paints, this character has never been so beautifully displayed. http://www.valiantfan.com/issue/show/e5_50" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
5) Bloodshot (2012) #3 1:25 Lozzi. While not the first depiction of the "Goldies", this is the cover that signifies them. To me, regardless of what Valiant puts out, Nanites will always be gold, and should always be depicted as such. It's a part of the Bloodshot lore that should always be upheld. http://www.valiantfan.com/issue/show/b3_25" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
6) X-O Manowar #15 1:50 Kotaki. This was close to being #5 for me. Maybe it's because I met the man, and began to follow the other art he does (which is friggin amazing!), but I think I was drawn to this cover long before I knew about him or the lore of this book. I think I own 3 or 4 of these, just love the colors! http://www.valiantfan.com/issue/show/x15_50cor" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
7) Eternity #1 1:40 Massafara - Colors are just so vibrant, what I would expect from a far away place. https://www.ebay.com/itm/Valiant-Eterni ... :rk:1:pf:0" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
8) Bloodshot Reborn #10 1:50 Larosa. I have always been a big fan of black and white art. This has so much shading, so much detail, just so much of everything. This arc of this series maybe the series that struck the deepest in me, and this book represents all of that! http://www.valiantfan.com/issue/show/br10_50" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
9) Secret Weapons #1 Valiant Validated Signature Series, Virgin cover, Raul Allen. We all fell back in love with Livewire when this cover came out. I treasure this book! https://www.ebay.com/itm/Valiant-Valida ... :rk:2:pf:0" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
10) Bloodshot #14 1:25 Grampa. This always reminds me of my younger days, getting ready to deploy, and over packing EVERYTHING prepping for whatever the field may call for. Three swords, four guns, countless gernades, body armor, elbow and knee pads, but no shirt! http://www.valiantfan.com/issue/show/b14_25" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
**Honorable (fun) mention: Divinity III Stallinverse Komander Bloodshot, Crain - Bald headed AND a beard?!?! Was happy to have anyone who remotely looks like me (Bald/Beard, not muscular) in Valiant books. http://www.valiantfan.com/issue/show/div3kom1_2nd" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
I am a little Bloodshot biased, this I know.

Five that jumped out at me ... I'd have to go through a few boxes to see if these make up my final list.
