The overstreet fan Monthly that you have a ? over could be the Fan #14 there were two covers for the issue the common cover is Alex Ross painted Superman cover and the valiant/acclaim cover is an Iron Man/X-O Manowar cover drawn by Andy Smith.

The inside story is called Tin Can Ally an interview with Fabian Nicieza about the crossover and a story about the video game.

good luck Dino I have never seen one except for the one I have. it's cover print run is pretty small.
The cover is nice because they leave off the Fan logo on the cover so the art is nice and clean with nothing on it but the image.
