Yes, as I understand it, this was pretty much the LAST gift that Dinesh was able to provide to staff, creators, and supporters prior to his departure.

The rumor is that during production of the recent Q&W #1 (1:250 variant), Dinesh requested that several covers be removed from production at various stages of the printing process. These were compiled into sets of four uncut cover flats, each with different features of the final product not present.

Artists like Clayton Henry recieved a set, as did Nick from Key Comic Collectors, and a few others here and there.

It is presently unknown if Valiant will allow such unique items to become available in the near or distant future under the new management. Time will tell.

But these are quite real, and certainly interesting to any Modern Valiant collector.
