Join Multiple Harvey Award nominee James Asmus (Thief of Thieves), New York Times
best-selling writer Fred Van Lente (IVAR, TIMEWALKER), Eisner Award-winning artist
Steve Lieber (Superior Foes of Spider-Man), and explosive artist Kano (Daredevil) for the
next deluxe hardcover of the superhero joyride Salon calls "one of the year's funniest
comics"!

Quantum and Woody are the world’s worst superhero team. Archer & Armstrong are a
mismatched pair of conspiracy-busting adventurers. When a mysterious force collides these
ill-suited and irresponsible “heroes” are in for a cross-country race through the darkest
corners of American mythology, all hell is bound to break loose. Can two busted pairs
become four of a kind in time to defeat the Hobo King, save the day, and make it back home
in time for happy hour? Let’s hope so…’cause these guys make a really, really bad team.
(And you don’t even want to know about the goat.)

I'm glad they're releasing this. It would have been nice to have another miniseries to put in there, though.
Alone, listless, breakfast table in an otherwise empty room.

I buy online so it'll be worth the $30 or so that I end up paying.

For this one it will be worth waiting for Ed's 50% off Black Friday sale next year. :hope:

Glad to get delinquents in the deluxe format, I have re-read that one twice so far, it's a lot of fun.

Have you noticed that VEI is putting out at least 1 deluxe per month next year (ignoring January--and assuming they are released on time)? I hope that's something we can expect going forward...

Next Year:
FEB
Divinity DLX
Secret Weapons DLX (non LCS edition)

MAR
Wrath EW DLX

APR
NINJAK DLX 2

MAY
QW DLX2

Anyone want to start making guesses on June, July...etc. ?

I'm hoping Kindt's XO vol 1, and BS Salvation Vol 1. would 'settle' for Imperium vol 1--with the announcement that Dysart's next Imperium storyline kicks off in the fall...

Lower excitement for Gen Zero, Faith, A+A, but I'd still like them collected.

Gen Zero with the Armor Hunters mini would make a full book

Agreed! That would be great.

Also, instocktrades.com usually offers up to 50% on week of release.

They wouldn't thematically fit together though. It'd make more sense with Harbinger Renegade since Gen Zero appeared in Renegade albeit briefly. Tho I'd rather they ignore that issue 5 of Harbinger Renegade ever happened. Seems a waste.

I'd want Kindt's X-O first and foremost in oversized. The art is so nice it's necessary. A Unity Vol 2 would be nice as well but they'd need to throw in some additional content with it.

It'll prolly be a Faith Vol 2 tho.

I would hope the new X-O would get a delexue treatment and that they woild make it Vol. 6 to match the others. However, It would also make sense to make Vol 1 to match the tpbs.

I would think that Rengades would be announced soon, it makes sense for it to get it. Maybe a Faith with the Ongoing, Future Force and Holiday Special. I am still holding out for a Unity Vol. 2 and Rapture Deluxe.

I think most will get a Deluxe eventually, except Dead Drop and maybe Generation Zero and the Frist EW (which is a shame because that book wasn’t that bad.)

I own all the Delexe Editions so I’ll buy all of them

I really want the spine to Kindt's XO to be same yellow as the title block. I could see where putting a vol 1 on it will sell more copies, but that still creates a spine issue... would it say MATT KINDT'S XO MANOWAR or could they label it XO MANOWAR: EMPEROR (or Solider...etc).

For sake of completing, throwing dead drop in with Unity Vol 2 seems fair.

Rapture DLX or should Rapture be in the next Shadowman...I wasn't' sure how they'd handle Delinquents, but seeing as how it made it into QW2 that sets somewhat of a precedence.

I too, would like the first EW tales, if just to have them. They should look at Pak's next big release and time the release accordingly so that at least they might get some interest from his name (again).

That is unlikely. You don't think I order to sell at 50 percent off? I am going MUCH tighter this year, thus the sales to move extra stock.

Got it, Ed. Looks like the best we can do is 30% off cover price when it is released. :(
