Valiant Universe Handbook 2017?
Is there any reason why Valiant didn't put out a handbook for 2017 or was the "Rai: The History of the Valiant Universe" supposed to take its place?

Where the 2015 and 2016 handbooks from the fcbd? I thought they were sold separately.
