That image was on the last page of #4. The first part is the old Latin phrase that was commonly attributed to Roman gladiators.
The last part is the announcement that Antonia Axia is returning next year - anyone remember their Roman numerals?

A quick Google search sorts out the rest of the phrase:
"Hail, Emperor, those who are about to die salute you"
Only read the first issue so far because I'm a bit behind on my reading, but a second installment of this comic is definitely welcome!
