Remember it's a lower class of X-O armor. "Commando class" - the red armor (more common)
"Manowar class" is the armor people think of when someone says "X-O", and its first appearance was X-O Manowar #1... but the first X-O armor of any kind was in Magnus 7 / Rai 3 flipbook.
