If it turns out to be something i hope they choose another name.
But something in the style of Harbinger war does not sound unreasonable with all the Psiot centred comics going around atm. Let's hope for the best

solomon? alpha&omega?
early theory ... the 1st Psiots battle Psiots of the present day with some time travel help or via the Far Away or Divinity
King Solomon was the original psiot

whatever it is ... i'm sure it will be awesome. Hopefully this is what Dysart is working on?

But maybe Solar stand-in Divinity will be central to the story

Re: Harbinger Wars... 2?
I think we've officially moved past the GK3 ever coming back. Divinity is our Solar, Savage is our Turok and Bloodshot(?) is our future Robot Fighter.
I think Harbinger Wars will be firmly grounded in Renegades and Gen Zero. I doubt we see Divinity in it at all, maybe Harada mentioning him in passing.

I'd say that Rai has more or less usurped the role of Magnus stand-in, even if he isn't specifically dedicated to fist-punching robots.Nairbe wrote:I think we've officially moved past the GK3 ever coming back. Divinity is our Solar, Savage is our Turok and Bloodshot(?) is our future Robot Fighter.
But yeah, that ship has so long since sailed that they aren't even on my radar anymore.

Re: Harbinger Wars... 2?
There were definitely seeds planted in one or two comics (as mentioned above, maybe another one if I recall?) regarding future Harbinger Wars, so I'm not in the least surprised to see that a second HW is set to occur (whether it's comic or film-based) - definitely surprised to see it so soon after the first however.
I wonder if at some point there's going to be an X-Men type storyline where global conflict between psiots/non-psiots happens... Wouldn't be surprised if VEI skip that step and leave that to the X-Men though to be honest.Been done already, y'know?
Still, I'm interested to see how these future events play out and what their effect on the VU will be

I recall Dinesh saying that there would be a new villain introduced similar to Harada... looks like Solomon is the guy.

If HW2 is anywhere near as good as the first we are in for a treat.

Be interesting to see what this 'Alexander Solomon' is all about when he hits the pages. Let's face it, he's gonna have to be powerful one way or another if he's to keep up with the OP powers of Harada and Pete.Keith wrote:Bleeding Cool follow up article:

yeah, although the first harbinger war already happened, it is that flashback story about toyo harada fighting against PRS. the event in 2013 is Harbinger war 2, so this would be the third one.Keith wrote:... indeed, as well as Archer & Armstrong mentioning a 4th Harbinger War during Far, Faraway.jaden_sai wrote:it makes sense to me, didn't Book of Death mention multiple Harbinger Wars

Re: Harbinger Wars... 2?
It could be that Solomon's first appearance is Harbinger #1
And his full appearance and origin is Harbinger Renegades #1
This is also just speculation. And the person in that Dinesh tweet may have nothing to do with Solomon .. and its a different character that he was pushing.
