Magnus / Nexus Preview Book

I work at one of my LCS's. I was going through a huge box of comics a guy was selling the store. There where quite alot of preview comics in there, from Hellblazer to Image stuff. But one caught My Eye. It was a Magnus / Nexus crossover preview. Its a couple pages long, black and white. The top of the book is worn, everything else is fine. I was wondering if this is something people might want?
