There's silence because they need to wait for John Wick to finish filming before there will be any news about Bloodshot. They don't want to tire the audience with over promotion, instead they'll wait until they have something solid going. They've said this.

I'm assuming you're talking about the sequel, which I'll be honest I didn't even know was happening until now. Still need to catch the first one myself.

I'm also gonna assume it's less keeping things under wraps and more that Bloodshot isn't even really being worked on, with the director's focus all on Wick 2 at the moment. Which is understandable. I do think Valiant doesn't need to worry about "over-promotion" just yet though. The mainstream has to be expecting a product before you promote it too much.
