It's been along time since we've seen him (other than the new storylines over in Ninjak), but as far as I can recall, he was still trapped there. I'm thinking the end of this mini-series will lead into the Ninjak storyline "Operation Deadside".
we last saw him in the voodou lands which iirc is closer to our realm than the deadside, so he probably got through quite easily once jack had revived him.

I'll have to re-read that Shadowman mini series.

YES!!

That's so awesome, and had to be a reference on purpose from V-Ditty, given their history of interaction on Twitter. So cool! Seriously, has anyone mentioned it to Dunlow to see if he knows?
.
I PM'd him that he should read Book Of Death #3 right away because something big happens in it

But he probably still hasn't read it facepalm

Brapbrap wrote:this issue was kind of middling, the art was cool throughout but fighting zombie bears wasn't very thrilling really. The only part I really loved was Darque in the white suit, he's becoming a really good villain.
Same here kind of a meh issue. I think I'd be more into it with a different artist, one who handles gore better. Seems to be a more horror oriented event.

I don't think that's Peter beside Dr. Mirage - That's her husband Hwen. See the rectangular black tattoo on the forehead? Somehow (probably in the next mini series) it looks like he gets corporeal again and she becomes the ghost! Can't wait to see how that works!

The review points out that this issue builds Darque's character and villainy. You gotta look at this through the eyes of someone that knows little about Valiant.

Nice catch by AllComic.com on one of the future scenes. Dead Armorines, with Gunny Lewis in front. I didn't catch that!

Okay issue, but so far the series has not really met any great expectations for me.

Nice to see Darque, but for me he is a character that should not be depicted in daylight; it just weakens the mystique in doing so for me.
VEI - I look forward to you one day publishing MORE than 9-10 books per month
