I figure this is a 1.5-2.0, assuming it's complete. I figure, graded, maybe $700-900.

My question is how does a person get to a point in life where you sell 21 long boxes of comics for $150.00?

Congrats, Steve!

Definitely keeping this one!
There was some great 1960s and early 70s Batman. Was hoping for Legends of the Dark Knight (I lost mine many yes ago), but I did get Killing Joke first print. Also some early Detective and most of the Avengers issues 58-100, Annual 1-2.

Before you're done, you may add a FF#1 and a AF#15 to your collection.

Only 1 issue of Amazing Spiderman. What an odd collection to have only 1. I mean, you can't help obtain a Spiderman issue for free somewhere. The issue? 129 My first copy.
Also found Iron Man 55 and Hulk 181!
Lots of firsts for me in this collection. Avengers 11, I think, is the jewel, even though the 129 and 181 are in great condition.

Amazing find my friend, seriously once-in-a-lifetime! You just acquired a serious collection of major keys for free, we should change your board name to Chuck R.

Re: question about bulk buys...
I now think he was crazy. Or at least a little loose. The collection is entirely unbagged. If you had these books, many of them would at least have a bag. There are a number of titles that I expected to see. No ASM beyond the 129 and an annual. Very little FF. No Death of Superman or early crap Image. Lots of DC and 70s to present indies. No Comix (unusual for this size adukt collection in the Bay area).
If this guy had bagged and boarded, this collection would be epic with 9.8 candidates.
The only Valiant are a few promo VEI books. There are some Acclaim, including a full Run of Troublemakers
Other highlights are a full Run of Invincible and Marvel Star Wars (including those low print later copies). Not sure what I'll do with Invincible. Probably keep it. I have a Star Wars Run, so I'll probably upgrade with some higher grade copies and then sell the lesser full Run. I'd imagine $500-600 just for that.
Still looking for Walking Dead....

Unfortunately, the Guardians issue is missing the back cover. Other issues are F to NM.
