FS Divinity #1 1:40 Larosa variant CLOSED!

Hi folks, I have for sale a lusty copy of the infamous low-print (about 350 according to our favorite inside source) Divinity #1 1:40 Larosa variant. Overall, it's probably in NM 9.4 territory with just a few small flaws: the front cover has a light spine stress just below the halfway point on the spine (see yellow circle), there's a very small bindery tear in the upper-left corner and the back has a few light smudges (see more circles) which appear to be maybe just a white residue or marks from rubbing (I don't think this is a flaw with the ink itself and may actually wipe off, but, with the sensitive nature of this cover, I don't want to scuff it up like an amateur). The surface doesn't really show any scratching or other flaws that I can see.

I'm asking $250 shipped via UPS Ground or USPS Priority on this which is below recent ebay auction sales of $290 and $280 and that price includes tracking and full insurance. Although I haven't been on the boards long, I've been on ebay since 1998 as "qburt" buying and selling comics, toys, etc. and my feedback is over 1300. This book will ship double-boxed for maximum protection with plenty of bubble wrap and peanuts. I don't want to take any chances that it won't survive the journey in the same beautiful condition it's in now.
