Re: Valiant Minimates
You can pre-order these through DCBS. I added a set of these with this month's order.

That exclusive cover is awesome.
I said something much to the same effect but the word filter made it seem negative.

Just received the Bloodshot 14 Grampa variant. I think it may be the first book I ever get graded.

Re: Has Anybody Dropped the Big Two for Valiant?
I have to buy monthly books on a bit of a budget. Marvel and DC are less recognizable and harder for me to follow. I just looked at what it costs me to get a single copy of every Valiant book. I do DCBS for that and it is cheap. Plus, I can get some cool variants some of the time and the hardcovers....

Re: Comic-Centric shows
Honestly I would go to the biggest shows. There are tons of comic fans at wizard shows, and wizard shows are for sure pop culture. You have to figure most people at a show have at least an interest. And your product makes it so easy. The late year Salt Lake City show apparently had like 130,000 pee...

Re: VALIANT ramping up?
Probably best to release a small amount of books. No top sellers, which is a shame given the overall quality of these titles.

I thought this issue was great. It is going to feel like such a long time until issue 3. Not sure how much of the writing is Kindt or Lemore but it is mu favorite thing I have read by either.

Re: Valiant Covers
I never notice these kind of defects with books I buy at shops but I do plan on getting my Valiant stuff through DCBS in a month so I guess we will see then.

Re: Valiant Completionists..When Is your Collection Complete
For me, I am just aiming to get reading copies of V1. I have picked up the occasional variant or signed edition. Also, when I buy lots off Ebay, I tend to keep any doubles or triples. I would lkke to start binding my comics. I haven't put much of an effort forth with the Acclaim stuff.

I like that a mini-series can get its own OHC.Captain Craig wrote:A bit surprised that Q2 is getting the Deluxe treatment if for no other reason than it's only 5 issues.Keith wrote:Here ya go:

Re: X-O Manowar Omnibus
For me, this isn't that big of a deal, although it certainly is different. I had not planned on purchasing this due to having some of the material and I am not for double/triple dipping. Plus, i am not a fan of buying gigantic books. I have quite a few Marvel omniboo. Personally, I like the OHC more...

Re: The Valiant #1
I bought this today and really liked it. I especially liked seeing the past with EW's failures vs the Immortal Enemy. While tragic, it just gives that much more story to the characters. Storytelling is strong with Valiant.

Hi, new to forums.
Hi. I am Joshua and I have been a Valiant fan for quite a few years. I bought the Van Hook/Perlin Bloodshot 1 when it came out and really like that era of Valiant. The Acclaim stuff is okay, not too into it. I really enjoy the new stuff and try to read everything I can get my hands on. As a collecto...
