It's not that rare. :) I've seen it at numerous shows but I've never thought of picking one up until recently (when my Valiant nostalgia kicked back in). It's not exactly common and the reader's crease tends to shoot the grade way down but I've got time to search!

There aren't a lot of copies (black cover, slightly thin paper stock, 2,000 printed) and there are, surprisingly or not, a lot of collectors/fans of Usagi .

Well, TMNT #1 has been on the 'bay quite a bit these last few months.....I think an 8.0 sold for $700 or so?

GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOD luck on Albedo #2.

Last CGC I saw was a 9.2 and it sold for $1700.

Prices like that = frustrated collectors tired of spending years and years looking.

I figured I'd also take a stab and ask if anyone has an Albedo 2 (1st Usagi Yojimbo) in CGC 9.0-9.4. I'll pay absolute top dollar for this one. Hmm, well an 8.5 is probably the best I can do for a while!

I was 11-years-old when I bought my first Valiant comic. I remember going to my local comic shop and picking up a copy of Solar # 4, reading it, and loving it. I was quickly spending my weekly earnings buying whichever books I could afford. Alas ...

My two copies are only VF/NM or so. The third one I have is on ebay right now but only grades out as a Fine + or so.

My Spanish version is muy bien!

The 'ol Magnus/Predator TPB might be tougher than you might think. I believe there are a number of board members here searching for that same holy grail and if there was one to be had, it would probably already be found.

Ever see a Spanish version of Predator vs Magnus TPB? I think Mr. Woogieman and I are the only known U.S. collectors with copies.---Steve
