well, I guess I just really wanted to know how much it costs to get an issue CGC Graded?

the Solar #2 comes from a large store, like lone star or mile high

But I did find a Solar #1 10.0 for $15 from a store that I've used to buy a few oldies, such as Thor #127, and T.O.S. #57, and their grading ...

yeah, I was thinking, at worst it'd be a 9, at best a 9.8, so if it's like a 9.4 would it still be worth it? Or heck if it's 9.0 or better?

Solar #2 10.0 (Mint) Question

I stumbled onto a copy of this comic, supposedly in the 10.0 condition. I don't doubt that it's worth the $7.50 that they're asking for it, but would it be worth buying just to have it slabbed? Never had a CGC book, and what better comic for a first than a VALIANT comic? Plus that cover's pretty ...

Just finished reading Justice, what a great read! I especially loved that it gave some of the spotlight to Martian Manhunter, Aquaman, and Captain Marvel, could of used a little more Hawkman though, but it makes up for that by using the greatest Flash of all time, Barry Allen. I recomend this ...

haven't a clue about the night vision thing, but I have to say that issue cracked me up, with the vinegar, and Aram's 'testing' Archer's night vision... wonder what he did to freak out Archer?

elementals was one of the comics I started out on, love the series, and the art work even if it is simplistic. as an adolescence I was blown away when I found out they had a sex special.

Just picked up the first issue of the Action/Legion crossover. seems like an interesting storyline. Also picked ...

same 15 comics, same bags and board and weekly shipping

mail order = $49.08

comicsupply = $42.42

DCBS = $40.91 (but I had to trade out 2 comics that I couldn't find for others) I couldn't find Action Comics, or Cable, maybe it's how un-user-friendly the site is?

So I think that I will give ...

I do like that dcbs has more pics, so i don't accidentally get a dupe from my LCS, but i guess that's no longer a concern now that Alley Cat is kaput

As far as pricing goes, I think I remember MOC saving me a little over DCBS, not sure how they stack up to comic supply, but free shipping and ...

i've tried both places, dcbs, and mailorder, hated dcbs's free bags they're the noisy cellaphane-type bags, that mixed with not getting my Harbinger TPB till 4 months after I ordered it was why I left them.

MOC is very good, I've gotten 2 preorders through them, and I dunno how many back orders. I ...

anyone know how good Comicsupply is? I just signed up with them, and free shipping for $25 worth of preorders is what got me on board. so 30.01 for about 15 titles, shipped monthly, not to shabby me thinks. Or I could do weekly for just $9.96 which is the cheapest that I've seen. They also have ...

dcbs, comicsupply, mailordercomics, who's got what deals?

Trying to figure out what store's got the best deals for me. I need an online provider since my LCS for the past 3 years has shut down

nothing will replace the familiarity with the owners and workers, but here's the perks that I'm used to; 10% discount and FREE b&b's, Mylites and full backs ...

well all that interests me of Marvels is Thor and Inc. Herc other than that, I'm all DC...

used to only buy marvel, but i hate how they stretch out one series like... WWH, into a 5 issue series give it infinite crossovers, and it all could have been packed into one 32-40 page 1shot called Thor Vs ...
