Re: The new Harbinger series sounds like an absolute car crash!

I just read all four pages of this thread and Greg, are you sure we can't let ZWH back on the board? I mean, come on!

Re: Bad Idea launch slate revealed

I'm not sure if this has been asked before, but is Bad Idea going to be a shared universe? Dinesh said something on Facebook to the effect of, "No one said it's NOT going to be a shared universe." And then there's this from the first article in Dinesh's post at the top of the page: That’s where the...

I’m not judging anyone for what they’ve done with The Hero Trade but I really like and respect what Variant Edition did with theirs and hopes it reaches a lot of people.

Re: Update: The Button published Hero Trade #1. The first Bad Idea comic is in stores

I just called every store in NC and their copies have already been promised out to others. I missed one copy by only a few minutes. One store had no idea what I was talking about and said they never received a copy but took my name and number and said they would call me if they found it. Frustrating...

He definitely has. And he should because it’s good for his business. Up to each of us to decide if we think there’s any truth to it.

Re: To Slab or not to Slab, that is the question

Add this to your discussion... Howdy! The main theme of today's newsletter is going to be about the very rapid spike in demand that we are experiencing for darn near every single comics trade paperback, comics-related hardback, and graphic novel ever printed. Simply put, prices are rising rapidly fo...

And to end with a positive note. I grabbed the first collection of Tomasi's run on Detective , and this made up for all the nonsense i got from "Universe". Superb story, just Superb. Re: CGC White "THE FUTURE OF VALIANT" Custom Label

Seems kinda weird and somewhat bad business for a company that has already reneged on its original "limited" claim to then stop selling something as simple as a printed label that customers are still asking for and that is profitable to the company. I don't understand businesses sometimes.

Re: Did Dynamite ever do any crossover GK3 and not?

Dynamite rebooted the GK3 universe several times. 1) 2014-2015: those series lasted for a year 2) 2016: Gold Key Alliance 3) 2017: Sovereigns plus mini-series 4) 2019: Turok mini only (this probably can't be counted as complete reboot) I enjoyed approach #3. It's quite different but okay. Other peo...

I don't think I would ever buy a book like this because you have no visual of the interior mark to judge for yourself if you believe it to be a creator signature or a doodle from a kid.

IIRC, Starbrand was very involved at the launch of Dark Key and put together some pretty involved fan projects. I bet he may have some material you may want to include in your bind.
